These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the online platform MyCarDocuments (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) by registered users.
MyCarDocuments provides a digital solution for managing vehicle data, documents, and images.
Registration is required to use the platform. Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep their login credentials confidential.
The use of MyCarDocuments is currently free of charge. There is no entitlement to permanent free use. The provider reserves the right to introduce fees for the service, in whole or in part, or to discontinue the service at any time. Users will be informed in advance of any significant changes, in particular the introduction of paid features.
Users may not upload content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or public morals. Uploading personal data of others without their consent is strictly prohibited.
The platform is operated with the utmost care, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. We accept no liability for data loss or damage caused by improper use.
The contract is valid for an indefinite period. Users may delete their accounts at any time. All stored data will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.
MyCarDocuments reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed in advance of any changes.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office.
