MyCarDocuments is your digital vehicle record. It allows you to store all important documents and information about your vehicle in one central place and access them online at any time.

Who is MyCarDocuments for?

The platform is aimed at classic and vintage car owners, car enthusiasts, and anyone who wants to document their vehicles professionally, comprehensively, and over the long term.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet. We are currently building the platform and are considering developing a mobile app at a later stage.

How can I add a vehicle?

After registering, you can add and manage as many vehicles as you like from your personal dashboard.

Can I add multiple vehicles?

Yes, you can add as many vehicles as you like – each with its own digital record and history.

What kind of information can I store about my vehicle?

You can save all relevant vehicle data such as make, model, year of manufacture, status, drive type, performance, and much more. In addition, you can log events – such as repairs, services, trips, inspections – including costs, photos, and documents. If a category is missing, we’ll be happy to help and can expand the system if needed.

What can I record in the vehicle history?

We’ve considered many use cases. You can record all events related to your vehicle – such as repairs, services, modifications, insurance, inspections, or fueling. Each entry can include a date, mileage, costs, description, photos, and documents.

What document formats can I upload?

Currently, PDF, JPG, and PNG formats are supported. If you need help converting formats, we’re happy to assist you.

Can I add old receipts retroactively?

Yes, you can record past events at any time and upload the corresponding receipts – either by adding them to existing entries or creating a new entry with the original date. To keep a clear overview, we recommend maintaining your history regularly.
